ABOUT THIS SERVICE

What is Occupational Therapy?

Occupational Therapy (OT) is a FAPE-required related service for students whose disabilities affect their ability to participate in educational activities. STS places licensed Occupational Therapists at school sites across Southern California, providing IEP-aligned OT services in the school environment. Our OTs specialize in fine motor skills, sensory processing, visual motor integration, and functional participation in the educational setting. All services are delivered by California-licensed OTs with experience in school-based practice, working as collaborative members of IEP teams.

Supporting student access and participation through school-embedded OT services.
