What are Language Interpretation Services?

Language Interpretation Services ensure that students, school communities, and IEP teams can communicate effectively regardless of language barriers. STS provides certified sign language interpreters and spoken language interpreters to schools and districts across Southern California — supporting students who are deaf or hard of hearing, English language learners, and families whose primary language is not English. Our interpreters are certified, experienced, and trained in educational settings — ensuring seamless communication in IEP meetings, classroom instruction, related services, and school programs. We provide interpretation in American Sign Language (ASL), Spanish, Arabic, and many other languages. All STS interpretation services are ADA and IDEA compliant, with flexible scheduling available including same-day and emergency interpretation.
